What a fantastic journey to Thailand! Kensington laid out a superb itinerary for us to explore this beautiful country. The tour guides were top-notch—knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help, plus the local coordinator at the HQ was a gem. As for the tours, they were really enjoyable, mostly private except for the Phi Phi Island trip (definitely ask for a private tour). The speedboat had a capacity for 41 people plus crew. One thing Kensington could work on is their 24-hour support team in the USA. Samantha Gould really knows her stuff when it comes to Thailand. Can't wait for my next adventure with her!

This was our initial journey with Kensington Tours, and it turned out to be exceptional. All the planning and logistics went off without a hitch. The drivers and local guides were super knowledgeable and really nice to chat with. Since it was our first visit to Portugal, we had tons of questions, and they provided us with very detailed answers that sparked even more conversation. Time just flew by as we absorbed so much and explored several stunning, historic locations. We had high hopes for this trip, and Kensington delivered on every single one.

We teamed up with Ellen Sparling to organize a two-week getaway in Thailand, hitting up Bangkok, Chiang Rai, and Phuket with another couple. Ellen was super quick to respond, flexible with our requests, and just plain friendly. She even hopped on a Zoom call with us a week before the trip and patiently guided us through all the details.

Like some folks mentioned in other reviews, I was a bit taken aback by the initial quote. Still, we decided to go ahead with the trip as planned. After experiencing it, I can say it was totally worth it. The four of us kept chatting during the trip about how reasonably priced everything was, considering the drivers, guides, the nice hotels, and the activities. Some of our guides even seemed to have budgets for hiring tuk-tuk drivers, covering meals, and tipping while we were out, so we didn’t have to stress about any of that.

Going on a trip organized by Kensington with Ellen is like hiring movers for a big move. Once you try it, you just can’t go back to doing it solo. Honestly, I don’t think I can return to regular travel after this. We’ve definitely been spoiled.

My family and I were eager to arrange a getaway to Iceland. The agent from Kensington was quick to help us create an itinerary, but man, the price was just crazy high (and that didn’t even cover airfare, taxis, or transfers). When I checked out what Kensington suggested for activities and hotels against other tour companies for the same trip, they were charging 35% more. After I brought this up to Kensington, they shot back a snarky email saying they were 'glad I found a trip that fit my budget.' I strongly suggest steering clear of Kensington Tours.

We enjoyed an incredible Christmas getaway to Ecuador and the Galápagos Islands. Each aspect of our journey was perfect. We received VIP treatment at every stop. Sara Decal served as our travel expert, and she was outstanding. Every suggestion I had was seamlessly added to our travel plan. This was my second experience with Kensington, and they’ve definitely become my preferred travel company.

Amazing service! The speed of their turnaround is impressive, and the team is both efficient and supportive. Their travel specialists are truly top-notch. I got a price for a one-day private tour in Rome, including transfers from the airport to the ship and back again. It also covered a two-night hotel stay for 8 folks. The price was sky-high. Are they really worth it? I'm talking super, super pricey.
